That’s why our meals are always gluten and dairy free, with about 90% completely grain free. We use grass fed, pasture raised meats and source ingredients as locally and organically as possible to bring you food you can truly feel good about.

Every dish is Paleo inspired and Chef made, with produce fresh from the field! We deliver in  plastic free, high quality compostable containers—because we care about both your health and the planet. We even offer delivery in Pyrex glass dishware for our Gold memberships! With weekly menus sent out every Friday and convenient Tuesday afternoon delivery, we make it easy to enjoy epic meals without the stress of cooking and clean up, or the hassle of planning and grocery shopping.

Gold Membership Package -Starters Membership Fee

The Gold Membership is our top tier offer. With Gold Membership, all food with be delivered to you in Pyrex Glass Dishware, and in reusable, easy to wipe delivery bags with your name on it. Makes preparing your meals that much easier - just preheat your oven based on the specified reheating instructions, and pop the pyrex in! Clean one prep dish when you are done, and have your containers ready for pickup the next time you expect a meal delivery! It’s that simple.

You pay the membership fee upfront for onboarding, and just $12.50 additionally every time you order!

FAQs

Q: How do I place an order?

A: Orders are placed through our chat line, where we text out weekly menus. When ordering, please specify your preferences—like white rice, cauliflower rice, raw cheddar, or cashew cheese.

Q: When are menus sent out each week? Is there an order deadline?

A: Menus are texted out every Friday at 8 AM. Orders must be placed by Saturday at 11 AM to guarantee delivery for the upcoming week.

Q: Do you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?

A: Yes! Please let us know about any allergies when ordering—while we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, our kitchen is not certified allergen-free.

Q: What makes your meals different?

A: Our meals are always gluten-free and dairy-free, with about 90% completely grain-free. We use grass-fed and pasture-raised meats, and source ingredients as locally and organically as possible. Every dish is Paleo-inspired, nutrient-dense, and designed to make healthy eating convenient, delicious, and stress-free.

Q: Do you deliver to my area?

A: We deliver throughout Travis County and nearby areas. Not sure if you’re in range? Send us your zip code and we’ll confirm!

Q: What are your delivery fees? When are meals delivered?

A: Delivery is $5 within Travis County and $10 outside Travis County. A: Deliveries go out every Tuesday between 1:00 PM and 4:30 PM.

Q: Will you send out an ETA?

A: Yes, as soon as our drivers take off between 12-1pm, you will be notified of ETA! Currently, we do not offer ETA any sooner than that —our team is focused on cooking and packaging right up until delivery to ensure the freshest meals. If you won’t be home, please leave a cooler with ice packs outside your door. Coolers must be at least 10x14” to fit our containers.

Q: Do you offer pickup?

A: At this time, delivery is our only option. In the very near future, we will allow for pickup for a weekly discount, 12-4pm on Tuesdays.

Q: How are meals packaged?

A: Meals come in plastic free compostable containers. We sourced the best to eliminate flavor effects on the food, leaking, or premature breakdown, while allowing us to deliver your food safely and in an environmentally conscious way!

Q: How long do meals last in the fridge?

A: Meals are best enjoyed within 4–5 days of delivery. Some can also be frozen for longer storage.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept debit or credit cards via Square (with a 3% convenience fee) or Venmo.

Q: Do you offer subscriptions? Can I skip a week or cancel?

A: Not at this time—we operate on a week-to-week ordering basis so you can choose meals as you need them.
A: Since we don’t have subscriptions, you’re free to order only when you want meals. Just be sure to place your order by the Saturday 11 AM deadline.
